The 2nd Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congress of The Vissai Cement Group in the term of 2012-2014

Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congress of the Vissai Cement Group honorably welcome to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quynh – Secretary of the Youth Union for the enterprise bloc of Ninh Binh province, delegates on behalf of the Group’s leaders and members of the Youth Union working for the Group.
It was implemented under Plan No.11-KH/DK dated 29/10/2011 and Guideline No.05-HD/DK dated 01/11/2011 on organizing the Youth Union Congress at levels and the 2nd Congress of the Youth Union for the enterprise bloc of Ninh Binh province in the term of 2012-2017.
With consent of the Standing Board of the Group’s Party Committee, the 2nd Congress was held by the Group’s Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to review and evaluate situation and operational results of youth movements in the 1st term (2009-2012), discuss and decide orientations and objectives of youth movements and elect the executive board of the Group’s Youth Union in the 2nd term (2012-2014).
The Congress was to listen to and acquire opinions of Mr. Dinh Quoc Quyen – Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quynh – Secretary of the Youth Union for the enterprise bloc of Ninh Binh province and Mr. Nguyen Vu Thanh – Deputy Director General of the Group about recognizing efforts and endeavors of the youth in the past term and pointing out shortcomings required to be remedied and orientations and difficulties of the Youth Union in the Company’s management model.
To solve such shortcomings and difficulties, it requires the Company’s youth to make further efforts in production and the Youth Union’s movements.
