Mission of Nghe An province to visit and work with the Vissai Cement Group

On 02/7/2013, a mission of Nghe An province visited and worked with the Vissai Cement Group. The meeting had participation of Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien – Vice Chairperson of the provincial People’s Committee and representatives of the departments.
The mission was welcomed and worked with Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Oanh – General Director and Mr. Tran Thanh Tuan – Deputy General Director. On behalf of the Group’s executive board, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Oanh introduced development history of the Group, situation of production and business, commercial relation and social welfare … and development and investment orientation of the Group in coming time.
Speaking the meeting, Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien introduce a general of Nghe An province and investment attraction policies. Up to now, Nghe An province has many direct investment projects with total capital of USD 1.1 billion. Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien also introduced some main sectors and fields given priority by Nghe An province to attract investments, including high-tech industry, technology, mechanism, production of high-ranking and new building materials; crop and livestock production project, high-technical application, safe food processing and others like investment into infrastructures of the industrial zones, resorts and education and healthcare works.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Oanh – General Director of the Vissai Cement Group highly appreciated potentials of land, materials and labor resources and conditions of investment attraction of Nghe An province. The Vissai Cement Group also expects to create conditions and provide preferential policies in order to obtain effective investment opportunities in Nghe An in coming time.
The mission visited the Vissai II site.
To conclude the meeting, Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien – Vice Chairperson of the provincial People’s Committee expected that the Vissai Cement Group would early develop investment to Nghe Anh and committed that Ninh Binh province would support and create conditions for the Group to effectively invest in Nghe An. On the same day, the mission visited the Vissai I, II and III cement plants. The misison’s visiting and working was successful in the Vissai Cement Group.
