Theo quyết định 1701/09/QĐ – VIS. Trung tâm Kinh doanh –Tiêu thụ có chức năng xây dựng kế hoạch, tổ chức tiêu thụ sản phẩm Clinker và xi măng trên toàn quốc được Lãnh đạo Tập đoàn chấp thuận. Quản lý nhân sự công tác chuyên môn của các bộ phận Thị trường – Giao nhận hàng – Viết phiếu – Bốc xếp… cùng các bộ phận chuyên môn khác sẽ được bổ sung trong quá trình hoạt động. On 12 January 2009, THE VISSAI Steel Cement Industrial Group held a Customer Conference at the VISSAI Cement Plant.
More than 1,500 agents from the North, Central and South of Vietnam gathered at the conference. The conference welcomed in honor Mr. Bui Van Thang, President of Provincial People’s Committee and leaders of Provincial Party Committee and Ninh Binh Provincial People’s Committee who attended and sent congratulation flowers.
More than 30 agents were awarded with many valuable gifts and artifacts: Agent Xuan Thu from Ninh Binh was awarded with a car valued at nearly VND 300 million. Three agents that have large consumption representing the North, Central and South of Vietnam received 03 scooters valued at VND 100 million per motorbike. Many other agents received awards valued from VND 10 million to VND 30 million.
2008 is the year of financial turmoil in the world in general and Vietnam in specific, sharp decline of which has a huge impact on the economy. According to incomplete statistics, there were more than 150,000 workers who lost their jobs in the country. Domestic consumption and exports plummeted. Thanks to the attention of the authorities and industries, officers and employees of THE VISSAI stood up to the challenges and constantly improve labor productivity with higher sales month after month, rehabilitate workers’ psychology as well as recruit workers and create jobs for over 1,000 workers in the locality and vicinity.
Addressing at the conference, Mr. Hoang Manh Truong, President of Member Council emphasized “In 2009, THE VISSAI will strive to achieve and exceed the targets set out, in particular: line 2 of cement plant, Dung Quat cement plant and Ba Ria Vung Tau cement plant will be inaugurated in the second quarter, forth quarter of 2009 and 2010 respectively.
(TVS) From15 June to 20 June 2011, The Vissai Party Committee held the admission ceremony for 18 new Party members under the admission decision of Ninh Binh enterprise Party Committee signed on 25 May 2011. At the moment, The Vissai Cement Party Committee includes 124 Party members under 8 party branches.
In the last few years, receiving attention from the provincial enterprise party committees and the Group’s leaderships, The Vissai Cement Party Committee well performed the works to develop Party members, ensuring both the quality and quantity.
In 2010, the Party Committee has 89 over 94 Party members, accounting for 94.7% that have sufficient capacity to properly perform the tasks. There are 8 over 8 Party branches that are qualified with clean and strong party. The Party Committee was recognized as clean and strong Party in 2010 by Ninh Binh Enterprise Provincial Party Committee. The collective of Party Committee and Mr. Party Committee Secretary were awarded with certificate of merit from Ninh Binh Enterprise Provincial Party Committee.
On 15 March, there was the opening ceremony of the first Ninh Binh Enterprise Union Football League 2011.
The tournament is divided into 3 groups, after qualifying 4 teams will move the semi-finals, crossover playing to select 2 teams in the final. Such tournament is expected to be taken place to the end of 21 March.
This is a sports and cultural activity in the annual work plan of the business sector organizations, which facilitates learning exchanges for youth members and is useful playground inspiring movements for physical exercise of youth union members in order to better serve the mission of manufacturing and business enriching Ninh Binh homeland. The tournament is aimed at activities celebrating 26 March, the traditional day of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
On the morning of 17 August 2010, at The Vissai Cement Group, the second Union Congress of The Vissai Cement term 2010-2012 was solemnly inaugurated. Attending the congress were Mr. Hoang Huu Nen, Vice President of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation and representatives from the Management Board of Industrial Zones and Trade Unions of Provincial Industrial Zones. From the Group leaders were Mr. Dinh Quoc Quyen, Party Committee Secretary, Mr. Nguyen Vu Thanh and Mr. Vu Xuan Dung, Deputy Directors as well as more than 70 elite union members representing unit unions.
The Congress listened to the summary report of term 2007-2010 presented by Mr. Nguyen Van Can, Union President and presentations from attendants on the pros and cons of the Union term 2007-2010 as well as directions and tasks for the term 2010-2012.
At the same day, the Congress elected the new Union Executive Committee including 9 members. The new Executive Committee elected the Standing Committee including 3 members, positions of President and Vice President as well as Supervision Committee term 2010-2012.
On the morning of 19 May 2010, The Vissai Cement Party Committee celebrated the 120th birthday anniversary of Uncle Ho and issued Party membership cards to 5 Party members who were on the list to receive cards on 19 May 2010. This is one of the meaningful activities on the occasion of 120t years since the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh.

The Vinakansai Cement Co., Ltd Party branch was established 1 May 2007 under Decision No. 161-QD/HU dated 24 April 2007 of the Standing Committee of Gia Vien District Party. With the strong development of quality and quantity, on 19 May 2009, the Party Committee was established under Decision No. 393-QD/DU by the Standing Committee of Ninh Binh Party in the enterprise sector named “The Vissai Cement Party Committee”. In spite of new formation in the last period, the Party Committee, Council Member and Board of Directors of The Vissai cement company has always focused on effective production and trading to fulfill the proposed annual criteria and plan, properly perform its obligation to the state and improve workers’ life. In 2007, the cement production reached 299 thousand tons and this amount increased up to more than 1,113 thousand tons in 2009; the output of clinker production was 530 thousand tons and 984 thousand tons in 2007 and 2009 respectively while revenue in 2007 reached VND 350 billion and more than VND 844 billion in 2009. With the aim to boost production and business as well as improve product quality, the company has maintained a good application of the quality management system ISO 9001:2000, promoted and applied technical innovations through which has increased labor productivity while ensuring product quality. Thus, The Vissai cement brand has been present and sold-out in almost every provinces and cities in the country.
In the Party building works, the Party Committee focuses on the implementation of the campaign “Study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh”, strengthens political and ideological education as well as inspection and monitoring works. In particular, the Party Committee has paid much attention on the development of the Party and considered it as one of the most important tasks. From the initial Party branch with only 16 members, after 3 years, the whole Party Committee has 77 members under 5 branches. In 2009, the Company Party Committee was recognized as typical clean and strong party.
The Congress drew many lessons from the implementation of political tasks by the last term unit and set up new directions and missions for next term. The focus is to strive to produce an average of 2.5 to 3.0 million tons of clinker per year and reach an average of cement output of more than 1.5 million tons/year, properly fulfill the budget state, improve material and spiritual life for employees, ensure stable employment for workers and strive to get higher income for workers than the previous year…. Also to strive for the admission of 25 new Party members each year and hold the title of clean and strong Party Committee.
With a high sense of responsibility and serious working, the democratic congress has selected and elected the new Executive Committee of The Vissai Cement Party Committee including 7 members. The Congress elected a delegation to attend the superior Party Congress and approved the resolution of the Congress Party Committee term 2010-2015.

Dated 19 May 2009. To celebrate 119 years since the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, the Vinakansai Cement Company Limited Party Committee held a solemn ceremony to admit new Party members and welcome the decision on establishment of The Vissai Cement Party Committee under Ninh Binh Corporate Party. Attending the ceremony were Ms. Pham Thi Lua, Deputy Chief of Party Committee Organization Department, Mr. Dinh Ngoc Ha, Party Committee Secretary of the business sector, Mr. Le Hong Thang, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of the business sector, the group leaders and representatives of units.
The previous Decision No. 393/QD-DU dated 12 May 2009 by the Party Committee of the business sector on the establishment of The Vissai Cement Party Committee on the basis of VINAKANSAI Cement Limited Company Party Branch includes 05 Party branches. The Party Executive Committee consists of 07 comrades with Mr. Dinh Quoc Quyen as Party Secretary and Mr. Dinh Xuan Ton as Deputy Secretary of Party Committee.

“Decision No. 393/QD-DU confirms the growth of the Party base in the enterprise and represents the leadership of the Party which has always existed in every group activities environment. The Party’s leadership has always been effectively applied in the field of economic construction and management, both in macroeconomics and microeconomics. 1/ STATUS
Performing the tasks in 2008, The Vissai Cement Company’s Basic Union organized many useful activities to welcome big holidays in 2008.
However, due to the bad impacts of floods together with complex progress of financial inflation, the performing of policy has coped with many difficulties that affect staffs and employees.
2/ACHIEVED RESUTLS
The Union executive committees had negotiated and signed the collective labor agreement with the content for the sake of workers. There are some points which are more beneficial to customer than the provisions of labor law.
The Union executive committee had participated with the locality to set up labor regulations, labor safety rules as well as regulations on wages, bonuses, labor norms, reward and discipline of the enterprise.
To guide employees and workers to sign individual labor contracts with enterprise director and ensure that they signed in accordance with laws. The total number of employees in the company is 992 people, 373 of who has already signed the contracts. The rest are staffs who signed the contract of training for line 2 and unskilled workers.
The labor safety and industrial hygiene are of great concern of the enterprise’s leaderships and Union Executive Committee. To establish an effective safety network and labor protection council.
The working conditions for employees and staffs have been significantly improved with full personal labor protective equipment. There were some fatal labor accidents that occurred during the year.
The Union President directly participated in the activities protecting the legal rights and benefits of employer and employees.
To support the enterprise’s director to launch the patriotic emulation movement. To always take care of physical and spiritual life of union members and staffs, especially provide fish meals that ensure quantity, quality, hygiene and pay attention to the accommodation issue for staffs.
The department unions did a good job in social activities. Employees and workers always helped each other in production and family business as well as helped troubled families with both mental and physical support.
3/ EMPLOYEES PARTICIPATING IN UNION ACTIVITIES AND BUILDING UNION ORGANIZATION
The Union thoroughly grasps the guidelines of the Party and policies of the State. To organize hold training sessions for employees and staffs to study the rules and regulations of the company.
The union activities have been conducted to perform the targets set by the first Trade Union Congress. Currently, the number of Union members are 636/992 while the other 256 workers are interns who are prepared to be human resources for line 2 production and not eligible for admission. There are 7 to 12 strong department unions. 4 decent union members have been introduced to be eligible for admission.
The training for department and unit union members has not been properly performed. The basic union staffs are appointed to participate in the union professional training which was organized by Gia Vien District Union Leaderships. To promptly perform the information to upper trade union.

On the morning of September 5, a solemn Entrance and Inauguration Ceremony of the new school building was taken place at Kim Lien Nam Dan High School. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Ho Duc Phoc – Nghe An Deputy Provincial Party Committee Secretary, President of Nghe An Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Hoang Manh Truong – Chairman of the Member Council of The Vissai Group and representatives from departments and sectors in the province, together with generations of teachers and students that had been working and studying at school.
The 2010-2011 school year is considered an active and effective year for the teachers and students at Kim Lie-Nam Dan high school. There are 33 excellent students accounting for 2.3%, 623 decent students accounting for 44%, graduated students accounting for 99.8% and 342 students gifted students at school level. The gifted provincial team had high achievement and ranked 27th among 91 schools in the province. There was an increase in the number of students passing the entrance exam to university and college, ranking 19th among 98 schools. The school is recognized to be the first advanced school at provincial level.

Among objectives set out in the 2011-2012 school year, Kim Lien-Nam Dan High School made a great effort to finish the 5 key tasks: To properly perform educational campaign; to improve the quality of management education; to perform moral education for students; to have good management infrastructure and to strive to make Kim Lien High School become the National Standard High School.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ho Duc Phoc, President of Provincial Peoples’ Committee highly appreciated the contributions and achievements of the school for the provincial education. He also expressed the wish that generations of staffs, teachers and students would promote the school’s glorious traditions to have good education and training of outstanding students, deserving to be the school in the homeland of beloved President Ho Chi Minh and building the school to meet the national standards and become the top school in the province.
At the ceremony, The Vissai Ninh Binh Cement Group handed over the new row of school building with a value of VND 38 billion to Kim Lien – Nam Dan High School.

Dear Ladies, Gentlemen, teachers and all dear students.
Nam Dan – Nghe An is the land of extraordinary people where our beloved father Ho Chi Minh was born. Ho Chi Minh is also the cultural celebrity of humanity.
It is also the cradle of Vietnam revolution and famous learning land for such thousands of years. However, its infrastructure has not kept pace with the studious spirit and educational career of the locality.
On the spirit that when drinking water, remember its source, all Vietnamese gratitude to Uncle Ho. With the consensus of the senior leadership as well as the enthusiastic support of the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee of Nghe An Province, Department of Education – Training, local levels and departments of Nam Dan district, especially the determination of teachers – I, as the position of the Chairman of The Vissai Group on behalf of 2500 employees have joint hands together to build this beloved school. We hope that this work will contribute to better teaching and learning conditions for the present and future generations.

On the evening of 28 August 2011, at the Provincial Martyrs Cemetery, Ninh Binh Provincial Buddhism Association held a dignified solemn requiem and commemoration of the heroic martyrs of Ninh Binh province.
To demonstrate and participate in the commemoration was Most Venerable Thich Thanh Dam – Member of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha’s Executive Council, Head of Ninh Binh Buddhist Study Association, Most Venerable Thich Quang Ha – Deputy Head of Nam Dinh Buddhist Study Association, Most Venerable Thich Tho Lac – Deputy Head of Ninh Binh Buddhist Study Association, Most Venerable Thich Thanh Kim – Deputy Head of Ninh Binh Buddhist Study Association and nearly 100 Buddhist monks and nuns from Nam Dinh and Ninh Binh.
For the guests, there were Mr. Tran Dai Quang – Politburo member of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Minister of Public Security, Mr. Bui Van Nam – Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Secretary, Mr. Bui Van Thang – Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Hoang Manh Truong – Chairman of the Member Council of The Vissai Cement Group and leaders of departments and organizations in the province.

In recent years, The Vissai Cement Group has had many programs to support the poor and policy beneficiaries in the areas where there are the Group’s subsidiaries. This time, the support project has a total budget of nearly VND 5 billion that is given in construction materials and part in cash to households of the project, which demonstrates the policy of the Group’s leadership in the implementation of humanitarian guidelines to support locality in poverty reduction.
On September 20th 2010 in Ninh Binh, the leadership of The Vissai Cement Group has deducted from the social welfare fund of the Group to buy many valuable gifts to give the children and teenagers who have good academic achievements in Ninh Binh and the locality where the Group’s Subsidiaries are located.
This is the 6th consecutive year that the Vissai Cement Group gives children the valuable gifts to show its deep interest in the development of future generations of the Group’s Leadership. On this Mid Autumn, the Group Office together with the Youth Union of The Vissai recommended not to held extravagant full-moon night as every year but the organization finance will be added to the social welfare fund to send the addresses where the children who are under difficult circumstances but have the will to strive in life need the help, and sharing.

Upon the approval of the Group’s leadership, The Vissai’s administrative office and Union Executive Committee mobilized and called for donation to support two victims of traffic accidents: Mr. Anh Hoa, former staff of Equipment Department and Mr. Nam Nguyen, former staff of Electric Engineering Department.
Responding to the call, the collective of plant staffs have volunteered to contribute in a spirit of mutual help and the raised amount was VND 40 million up to 9 July 2009.
On 10 July 2009, representatives of administrative office and Union Executive Committee paid a visit to the hometown of the two victims in Thanh Hoa for gift giving, accompanied by representatives of staffs from Equipment Department and Electric Engineering Department.
Representatives of families of the victims were so touched by the interest of the Group’s leaderships and collective of factory staffs. Such action captures the spirit of fellowship, the solidarity, mutual caring in difficult time and the responsibility to the deceased staff’s relatives by the plant’s collective of staffs.
