DECISION OF GROUP CHAIRMAN
(Ref. Establishment of The Vissai Business Company)
CHAIRMAN OF HOANG PHAT VISSAI GROUP
– Pursuant to the current Enterprise Law of The Socialist Republic of Vietnm.
– Pursuant to the operation charter of Hoang Phat Vissai Group.
– Pursuant to the organization scale of Hoang Phat Vissai Group.
DECIDES:
Article 1: To establish The Vissai Business Company under Hoang Phat Vissai Group from June 01st 2011 including the following members:
- Mr. Nguyen Vu Thanh – Deputy General Director cum Business Director
- Mr. Tran Thanh Tuan – Standing Deputy Director;
- Mr. Nguyen Tien Dat – Deputy Business Director undertaking the export;
- Mr. Nguyen Tat Thanh – Deputy Business Director undertaking the production;
Article 2: The Vissai Business Company has functions, missions, human resources arrangement, organization, business, production (under the attached appendix).
Article 3: General Director, Deputy General Directors, Financial Director, Business Director, Office Chief and relevant departments are responsible for implementing this Decision.
