Jubilant Opening of 2012-2013 school year

On the morning of September 5^th, integrating into the common happiness of tens of millions of students across the country, thousands of students in Ninh Binh Province have jubilantly greeted the opening day of the new school year 2012-2013. The representatives of the provincial leaders, the departments and the agencies, the provincial unions have attended the opening of the new school year in a number of schools in the province.

After the drumming to start the new school year, Mr. Le Van Dung – Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee has praised the achievements in learning and teaching of the students and teachers in Hoa Lu A High School in the past few years. To summarize, in the 2011-2012 school year, the rate of students classified as excellent and good conduct has reached over 96%; the rate of students with excellent and good proficiency has got nearly to 45%; there were 43 students to win the title of excellent student at provincial and regional level. Annually there were about 65% of students who passed the entrance exam to different universities. In the past 5 years, there were 2 students who won the national prize for culture (Literature and English), 5 students won the Math prize on Casio and Vinacal Computer at regional level, 4 students won the national prize for Math on Internet…The School has excellently completed many fields of works in the 2011-2012 school year, maintaining the title of the excellent labor community, being awarded the Second-class Labor Medal in 2011 by the President of the country…

Mr. Le Van Dung, the Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee has suggested the local government together with the Education & Training sector and the school to keep developing the achievements of the past school years, overcome difficulties and give good implementation to a number of key tasks in the new 2012-2013 school year: To continue the innovation of teaching methods, testing and evaluating methods subject to the standards of knowledge, skills…and take this as the key task, the breakthrough to enhance the quality of education; to enhance and strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and educational management staff in the terms of sufficient quantity, united structure and standardized training qualification and professional ethics…as a good example for students to follow; to actively promote the strict implementation of the campaign “Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh President”, the competitions of “Good teaching, good learning” and the campaign “Each teacher is an example of ethics, self-learning and creativity”…; to strengthen the construction of school facilities towards the direction of solidification, standardization and synchronization, meeting the requirements for innovating the general education program and comprehensively upgrading the education quality…

* On September 5^th, Gia Son Preschool (Nho Quan District) has held the opening ceremony of 2012-2013 school year.

Given a speech at the opening ceremony, Mr. Dinh Ngoc Ha, TUV, Member of the Standing People’s Council congratulated the achievements of the school in the past years and expressed his wish that the school will keep developing the tradition of solidarity, unity and dynamics, creation as well as innovate the management methods and excellently complete the assigned tasks. He suggested that Nho Quan District should speed up the recruitment of preschool teachers on payroll, ensuring for the sufficient levels and standards of the teachers.

* Ninh My Secondary School greeted the new school year with 8 classes and 204 students: as a school with a long tradition of 50 years in construction and development, the school has been awarded the First class, Second class and Third class Labor Medal by the President. The Department of Education and Training has been awarded with many certificates and commendations.

Having a speech at the opening ceremony of the new school year in Ninh My Secondary School, Mrs. Ho Thi Lan Tra, the Deputy President of Vietnam Education Labor union has recognized and praised the achievements of the school during their establishment and development; she pressed that in the up-coming time, the Teachers and students of the school need to develop the tradition of solidarity, good teaching and learning emulation and excellently complete the assigned tasks.

* The continuing education Center of Yen Mo District held the opening ceremony for the new school year. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Pham Duc Vuong – Director of the Department of Finance; representatives of the Department of Education and Training; the leaders of Yen Mo District; teachers and students of the center…

In the recent 2011-2012 school year, Yen Mo continuing education Center has successfully completed various targets of education as set out. The rate of students to get good proficiency has reached 9.1% and the rate of fairy good ones was 77.6%; 99.1% of students of grade 10 and grade 11 were qualified to pass; 99.12% of grade 12 students passed the graduation exam. The students who participated in the competitions of good students at provincial and national levels got good results with 1 First prize, 1 Second prize, 3 Third prizes and 3 consolation prizes at provincial level and 1 third prize at national level. With the above achievements, the Center has been given the emulation flag for the first ranked unit in fostering good students of continuing education in 2011-2012 school year by the Department of Education and Training.

Starting the new school year, Yen Mo continuing education Center has set out multiple targets of emulation and been determined to successfully fulfilled the targets in education with the continuous enhancement of educational quality and the success of the campaign “Each teacher is an example of ethics, self-learning and creativity” and the emulation campaign “Building friendly schools with active students”; to keep innovating the management; to strengthen the innovation of teaching methods and develop the work of teaching subject to the standard of knowledge…

* On September 5^th, Mr. Ngo Van Nguyen – Provincial Commissioner cum the Director of Home Affairs together with the leaders of the Committee Commission for People’s Mobilisation and the representatives of the Provincial Department of Education and Training has visited and joined the joy of the officials, teachers and students on the occasion of the opening day of the new school year at Khanh Cu Preschool (Yen Khanh District).

In 2012-2013 school year, Khanh Cu Preschool has mobilized 370 children to go to school, maintaining at 13 groups of classes in which there are 5 groups with 115 children at kindergarten level and 8 groups with 255 children at motherly instruction level. In the past school year, the school has been in great effort to excellently complete the tasks of the year, enhance the quality of caring, fostering and educating the children and has consequently got prominent results, awarded with the emulation flag for the first-ranked unit at kindergarten level of Yen Khanh District by the Provincial People’s Committee.

Participating in and joining the happiness of the opening ceremony of the new school-year, Mr. Ngo Van Nguyen, the Director of the Provincial Department of Home Affairs praised the achievements of the school recently and suggested the local government and the education sector of the district to pay more care and investment in facilities and equipment so as to establish green, clean and beautiful landscape for the school; to keep innovating and enhancing the quality of caring, fostering and educating the children; to make effort to reduce the rate of malnutrition below 7% and to achieve more in the new school year.

* Sharing the happiness with teachers and students of Thanh Binh Primary School (Ninh Binh City) in the opening day of the new 2012-2013 school year were Mrs. Bui Mai Hoa, Provincial Commissioner and the President of the Provincial Association of Farmers together with the leaders from the Department of Education and Training, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and Ninh Binh City.

At the opening ceremony, the delegates together with the teachers and students listened to the letter from the President to the officials, teachers and students on the opening day of the new school year. In the new 2012-2013 school year, Thanh Binh Primary School has 1,164 students divided into 33 classes in which students entering grade 1 are 252 ones with 7 classes.

In preparation for the new school year, with the care and the investment from the education sector and Ninh Binh City in the terms of facilities and teaching equipment, the school has paid their attention to strengthen the work of fostering the professional skills for the teaching staff and experienced innovations in managing, steering and establishing the learning routine for students…In the past school year, 100% of students have fulfilled 5 tasks of primary students, the rate of excellent students has increased by 11.8% and the rate of bad ones has decreased by 0.48% compared to the previous year. The key educational quality kept getting positive results: third prize for the whole team in the competition of beautiful writing at municipal level and third prize for the whole team in English Olympic competition. For years, Thanh Binh Primary school has been awarded with the title of excellent labor community.

On the opening ceremony of the new school year, the school has increased the number of gifts for students with disadvantages who knew to try in learning.

* Lien Son Secondary School (Gia Vien) has held the opening ceremony for the new 2012-2013 school year and received the certificate of national standard for schools. Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Truong Cong Hoa, the Provincial Commissioner and the Head of the Committee Commission for People’s Mobilization and the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Committee of the Party, Department of Education and Training of Gia Vien District, Lien Son Commune together with the representatives of the parents and the teachers, students of the school.

Receiving the certificate of national standard for schools

During 2011-2012 school year, Lien Son Secondary School has constructively innovated the management and enhanced the comprehensive quality of education. The number of students got excellent and good conduct occupied for 99%; 32 students were classified as excellent proficiency; 132 students were classified as good proficiency; 97.2% of students directly passed the final examination of the school year and 76% of students passed the entrance exam to high schools. Along with comprehensive education, the school also paid special attention to key education. In the recent school year, Lien Son Secondary School has got students who won prizes in the competition of doing math on Internet at national level, 5 excellent students at provincial level and 52 excellent students at district level. In the end of the year, the school was awarded the title of excellent labor community by the People’s Committee and recognized as “friendly school with active students” by the Department of Education and Training. Lien Son Secondary School has been qualified the national standard for schools.

In 2012-2013 school year, Lien Son Secondary School will keep innovating and enhancing the quality of education; promote the application of information technology in management and teaching; continue to enhance the qualification at all aspects and innovate the teaching methods to get good results in every lessons; make effort to sustainably achieve the targets of the professional standards for teachers at secondary schools; strengthen the movements of good teaching and good learning; attribute an importance on training the moral qualities of teachers. The students will constructively learn, train and follow 5 things that the late Uncle Ho has taught, striving to reach 97% of excellent and good conduct and 98% of students to directly pass the final examination to the end of the year.

* On the morning of September 5^th, Kim Son A High School held the opening ceremony for the 2012-2013 school year. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Vu Van Kiem – the Director of the Department of Education and Training and representatives of the leaders from the Provincial Fatherland Front as well as the leaders of Kim Son District.

For many continuous years, the school has been awarded as the excellent labor community; to the end of 2011-2012 school year, the school got 62.4% of students classified as excellent and good proficiency; over 91% of students classified as excellent conduct; during the school year, the school got 23 students to get the title of excellent students at provincial level for academic subjects; 9 students to win the prizes in the competitions of doing math on Casio computer at provincial and national level. The highlight of Kim Son A High School was the quality of the entrance examination to universities and colleges: there were many students from the school who passed the entrance exam to the top universities across the country.

The Director of the Department of Education and Training gave flowers and congratulated to the school.

On development of the achievements in the previous year, in 2012-2013 school year, the teachers and students of Kim Son A High School will strive to get higher results than the previous year and to complete the target of taking Kim Son A High School to qualify national standard for schools.

* On September 5^th, the teachers and students in Viet Thang Preschool (Tam Diep Town) held the opening ceremony for the new 2012-2013 school year.

During 2011-2012 school year, the teachers and children in Viet Thang Preschool has strictly and effectively implemented the new education program for preschool. The result of mobilizing number of attendants got 75 children at kindergarten level, equivalent to 112% of the age and 193 children at higher level, equivalent to 82% of the age. The work of caring and educating of the school has been maintained with 100% of children to get healthcare and physical weight on a monthly basis…
