Ninh Binh Province Secretary holds the Office of the Deputy Minister of Public Security

In the after noon of 6th August, the Party Committee of the Central Police announced the Decision of the Politburo on the transfer, assignment of Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam to hold the office of the Deputy Minister of Public Security
An Ninh Thu Do Newspaper quoted information revealed by the Minister of Public Security Tran Dai Quang that Mr. Bui Van Nam is the Lieutenant General cum Deputy Minister of Public Security before holding the title of Secretary of Ninh Binh Province Committee of the Party. After 2 years of direct leadership and directing to do practices in economic- social sectors, security, national defense in the locality, he always fulfilled his missions and was assigned to return the Ministry of Public Security for working.

On the same day, according to Ninh Binh Newspaper, the Central Organization Department announced the Decision on approving the election result to the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Committee for Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Head of the provincial delegation of the National Assembly, Yen Khanh District Party Committee’s Secretary
Earlier, in the afternoon of 5th August, Mr. Nguyen Van Bay, Deputy Province Committee Secretary cum Chairman of Lao Cai province was elected the Province Committee Secretary in term of 2010 to 2015 to replace Mr. Nguyen Huu Van who had just been elected to hold the office of the State General Auditor by the National Assembly.
| In October 2010, the Central Executive Committee of the Party gave the warning and punishment Mr. Dinh Van Hung, Ninh Binh Province Committee Secretary by dismissal to get earlier retirement than he would be. The alternative who was assigned to keep the office of Ninh Binh Province Committee Secretary was Mr. Dinh Tien Dung, Chairman of Dien Bien Province People’s Committee. In August, 2011, Mr. Dung was elected to keep the office of the State General Auditor so the office of the Province Committee Secretary was assigned to Mr. Bui Van Nam |
